    ETHICAL BEHAVIOR IN BUSINESS

Collaboration, trust and ethical decision making are in the forefront of today’s concerns and will continue to play a major role well into the future. It is critical therefore, for leaders to understand how individual choices that reflect cooperation and competition make an impact on both business and personal interactions and the results from the decisions made. Participants will learn the meaning of ethics and ethical behavior, morals and engage in a simulation activity designed to create an awareness of the consequences of individual choices in terms of collaboration and ethics.

Behaving ethically, honestly and trustworthy even when no one is looking.

Participants will attend a 1-hour workshop once a week for 6 weeks where they   will learn the meaning of ethics, morals and the value of trust in relationships with others in their organizations.  This workshop is completely interactive whereby participants will be assigned homework, have open discussions and will participate in a "simulation activity" that challenges participants ethical behavior when placed in numerous situations.  It also helps them recognize the consequences of their actions on themselves and on others.
