Mission

  • The mission of Team Building US is to provide leadership development at the highest possible level. Our focus is to help others succeed and grow in their professional as well as in their personal lives. Team Building US offers the essential training needed for building new teams as well as the training and education needed to help struggling teams become more effective and efficient. We specialize in helping individuals understand their leadership and personality types using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

The essence of the MBTI is that much of the seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment. "Perception involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas. Judgment involves all the ways of coming to conclusions about what has been perceived. If people differ systematically in what they perceive and in how they reach conclusions, then it is only reasonable for them to differ correspondingly in their interests, reactions, values, motivations, and skills."

As a company that is honest and passionate about others, the ultimate mission of Team Building US is to make you a success.

Vision

Our vision at Team Building US is to instill in leaders, new leaders and potential leaders the same passion we have for helping others understand and develop their full potential. They, in turn, develop the same within their teams.

"Share your experience with others today. That is your obligation as a leader and a mentor. Don't be obsessed with the thought of someone becoming better than you; instead focus on your opportunity to change someone's life."
